  • Consultations at our office in Elgin Valley or on Google Meet - whichever suits you best!

  • List and introduction to all our recommended service providers.

  • On Site consultations at the venue to discuss layout and logistics and to ensure we have a clear understanding of your visual expectations

  • Management of all your service providers you have booked from 2 months before the wedding.

  • Logistical management for the flow of the day

  • Coordination of any pre-wedding event taking place on the Friday evening (should you be hosting anything for your guests)

  • Management and coordination of service providers and formalities on the day of your wedding

  • Any week of the wedding shopping you require such as getting ready snacks

  • Set up the day before the wedding day.

  • Drafting and distribution of a detailed timeline for all involved

  • Two coordinators on the day of the wedding

  • Setting out stationary such as guest names and signage

  • Liasing and meeting with service providers

  • Sourcing of all service providers quotations
