The exclusive package is for those couples who are not sure where to begin or are still looking for their dream venue! This package is designed for the couples who either live overseas or have very demanding careers and require someone to handle all the nitty gritty details and admin. I will be your right hand gal and plan your wedding from start to finish!

Sourcing of the perfect venue for you should you not have found your venue yet.
Consultations at our office in Elgin Valley or on Google Meet - whichever suits you best!

WHY IS HAVING A WEDDING COORDINATOR IMPORTANT?

A venue coordinator (some venues don't have venue coordinators) primarily handles venue operations - keeping the space clean, prepping food, managing venue staff, and items specific to the venue itself.

A wedding coordinator focuses solely on orchestrating your special day and

managing all the moving parts. This includes but not limited to:

Creating floorplan for the day of the wedding
Confirming service providers arrival times, setup, and deliveries
Creating timelines considering setup/breakdown durations
Ensuring service providers provide contracted services and products
Overseeing setup for the ceremony, pre-drinks and reception
Managing service providers and events throughout the day
On site contact to all service providers for if there are any problems
